Description: Wonderfully situated on the Flamands hillside and boasting a glorious view of the Baie de Flamands, St. Maarten and Anguilla, the luxurious four bedroom five and a half bathroom Villa Arte is a delight to behold. The spacious great room with its comfortable living area, dining area and gourmet kitchen is surrounded by glass sliders to take advantage of the view. Two king bedrooms with en suite baths are located by the living area and have a second entrance that can be accessed from the parking area. Across the deck from the kitchen there is a warm Jacuzzi for 8; from there, one can go up a few steps to the third bedroom pavilion which features and en suite bath, deck and a view of the sea. The heated pool is large enough to swim laps and there is a lower deck for sunbathing. Stairs lead down to the lower level where the fourth en suite king bedroom with nice view is privately situated. The well equipped air conditioned gym with full bath and lovely view is also on this level. Both of these rooms have a second entrance from the parking area. A three car garage is also an added convenience for guests. Villa Arte is a good choice for couples and or families with children.
