Description: Located in the Roc Flamands private complex and within walking distance to gorgeous Flamands Beach, this three bedroom fully air conditioned villa has a lovely view of the sea. Configured on two levels, the upper level features a nicely furnished glassed-in living room with indoor dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bath and a wrap around balcony with outdoor dining. The lower level is comprised of a king bedroom with bath en suite, as well as a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom both of which share a shower room with double sinks and a washer and dryer. The toilet is on the upper level. The heated swimming pool (23.0 x 19.7 feet) and deck are on the lower level and they look out to the pretty view. A car (manual shift Jimny or automatic shift Ignis) is included in the rate (with the exception of the Christmas and New Year’s period) making villa Camalie an excellent value. This is a non-smoking villa.
