Description: The uber-contemporary Villa Gem-Palm Springs benefits greatly from its superb Gouverneur location – and
it gives as good as it gets. Gem-Palm Springs offers an amazing panorama
of the neighboring islands St. Maarten and Saba; a view of the brilliantly
blue ocean, and a spectacular sunset every night. Its sleek design and lush
tropical gardens are stunning to behold.
The king-bedded Master suite is privately situated in the main pavilion and boasts two dressing rooms
and a very spacious bath with a double vanity. The second bedroom suite is
also a king, has a great outdoor shower and offers an incredible view. Two
bedroom suites are located in separated areas on lower levels and are twin
and king-bedded respectively. The king suite offers an ocean view as well
as an underwater view of the pool! All are well-stocked with fluffy robes
and towels and a nice selection of toilet articles.
The main pavilion’s open floor plan encompasses a state of the art kitchen, an outdoor dining
area that will comfortably seat twelve, and a living room that includes a
home cinema. French and US Satellite are available. Air-conditioned throughout,
the minimalist décor complements the villa’s modern design and
whirling ceiling fans add a lovely tropical touch. The fitness room and guest
bath are located on the lower level. Villa Gem-Palm Springs is truly a "gem" and
is a fabulous vacation home!
