Description: "Stunning" best describes this very unique five bedroom five and a half bathroom Balinese style luxury villa which enjoys panoramic views of St Maarten, the sea and the sun as it sets behind the hills of St. Barth. There are two buildings on the property as well as two swimming pools. The building’s upper level features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and pool. The lower level has a master bedroom with king bed and en suite bath, a home cinema room and a smaller bedroom (double) with en suite bath and an outdoor entrance. In addition, a spa area with a massage table and Ligne St. Barth products is on the deck by the warm Jacuzzi. The sister house on the left is called the pool area. The main level offers a sun deck behind the pool, guest bathroom, kitchenette and two master queen bedrooms with en suite baths. On this same side, on lower level, there is another bedroom (double) with en suite bath. There is another bedroom with king/twin bed that has Chinese sliding doors opening to the kids’ quarters, a small room with bunk beds that sleeps four and is available on request. There is a huge bathroom for these 2 areas. Continental breakfast is included in the price. No children under 12.
High season is December 15 to April 15. Value season is April 16 to December 14.
