Description: Tucked away on the quiet end of St. Jean Beach this sprawling colonial style plantation home is the perfect villa for beach lovers and tennis enthusiasts. Guests enjoy private access to the sugar white sand beach and a private roped-off area where they can relax and read a good book in-between dunks in the crystalline blue sea. The main building features a large open living area with plenty of seating. An entertainment sized dining area and second sitting area for TV watching flank the living area. A fully equipped kitchen and guest bath are located just behind it. A glimpse of the Baie de St. Jean can be seen through the majestic palm trees that line the property. Steps lead down to the large swimming pool and the lush green lawn with its beautiful gardens. Four fully screened bedroom bungalows with air-conditioning and ceiling fans are located along the right side of the property. The first one is located on the upper level. The other three are located on the beach and pool level. Three of the bedrooms feature king four-poster beds and one has a queen four-poster bed. To the left of this area are two bungalow suites that can connect through double doors and the air conditioned living areas. Both bedrooms (king and queen) feature baths en suite and decks with enclosed outside cold showers to rinse off after a day on the beach. The queen bedroom has an additional entrance near the parking area. Bedroom number seven is in a self-contained queen bedded bungalow with en suite bath and kitchenette.
The lighted tennis court has a Rebound Ace surface (used at the Australian Open in 2008) which is a cushioned court made of many layers of polyurethane rubber, fiberglass, and other materials on top of an asphalt base that is great for non-pounding play). The gym is located next to the tennis court and has Techno Gym equipment including a Universal, treadmill, free weights, rower, satellite TV and a bathroom with steam shower. A small bedroom with one bed is in this area and would be ideal quarters for a tennis pro, staff member or a teen. The porch has a kitchenette with two burners and small fridge. A gate leads to the private path that goes out to the beach. La Maison Blanche Estate is conveniently located within walking distance to the Rotisserie, a butcher shop, boutiques and restaurants.
High season is December 15 to April 15. Value season is April 16 to December 14.
