Description: Villa La Plage is aptly named, as it sits right on beautiful Lorient Beach. If you are strolling along, and know where to look, you will discover a discrete little access gate. But it’s just for the private use of La Plage’s guests. If that’s lucky you, come on up and enjoy! This luxurious five bedroom gated estate, ensconced on a three quarter acre of land, recently received an extreme makeover – St. Barth style. It is dazzling. There’s a gorgeous, gigantic (65.6 x.16.4 ft – to be exact) swimming pool, liberally decked with loads of spaces to sunbathe, dine al fresco – nicely protected from the sun – or just simply relax. A guest bath is conveniently located nearby.
Open the sliders and you will find a spacious and striking living room with a dramatic ardoise (slate) floor. Fully air conditioned, there is also a whirling ceiling fan that adds a nice tropical ambiance especially as one looks out to the magnificent ocean view, framed by towering coconut trees. A rear deck boasts a fountain, a warm Jacuzzi for ten and a wet bar complete with icemaker. That’s a party in itself. The panorama from this vantage point is also spectacular, and come evening, the dramatic lighting is magical. There are two kitchens – one fit for a gourmet – and the other available should guests bring a private chef. All five (air-conditioned) bedrooms have king beds – French style; private terraces; and sumptuous en suite baths with double vanities, fancy-schmancy showers and fluffy bathrobes. The embroidered towels and linens are by Mia Zia. There are of course, flat screen TVs, DVD players and all the mod cons including French Satellite service and Internet access.
Maid Service Twice Daily – every day morning and evening. Caretaker is living by the entrance of the property and he is available for cooking (extra services).
Beach accessories such as beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and snorkeling equipment are available to guests. Continental Breakfast is prepared every morning. No children unless accompanied by a nanny. Minimum Rental is 7 nights. Villa La Plage is not available for events.
