Description: The exciting new Villa Princess X, located in the exclusive gated community Domaine du Levant, has much to offer for those looking for a private hideaway close to the beach. Sleek and contemporary in design, it has an open floor plan with spacious living and dining areas that open onto an equally spacious pool deck. The kitchen is state-of-the-art with a combination cook top island and bar with pull-up stools – perfect for entertaining. The two bedrooms, both with baths en suite, are located at opposite ends of the villa and have access to the pool deck; the master suite includes an office and additional closet space. In keeping with the villa’s contemporary design, the décor is minimalist chic – cool, in every sense of the word, and comfortable. There are plasma TVs throughout.
The outdoor spaces here are exceptional; from the beautifully simple little courtyard with its waterfall (note: a guest bath is discretely tucked away in this area) to the view-laden terrace and deck. The infinity edged lap pool is flanked by gorgeous white leather lounging beds, and to the side is a lovely covered sitting area. Down a few steps from the deck, a wooden walkway leads to a cabana that is both charming and practical. From there a short path brings one to the edge of the property and a private gate which is just steps from the beach entrance. Guest returning from the beach can “store their gear” in the cabana and freshen-up in the outdoor shower. There is a guest bath here as well. With its own small deck, gas grill and refrigerator, the cabana also offers an additional al fresco dining option from the main house – and another setting to privately enjoy the fabulous mountain and water views.
