Description: This four bedroom three and a half bathroom deluxe villa on the hillside has been upgraded with new living room furniture and a wonderful outdoor dining area has been added. It offers an expansive view over Flamands Beach. The kitchen and glassed-in living room lead to a wrap around covered balcony; Three bedrooms (king/twin) and two bathrooms are downstairs. The fourth bedroom (king/twin) and bath are also on this level but it has a separate entrance. All of them have access to the new outdoor warm Jacuzzi. The pool, which will be heated for winter 2007, is beautifully built into a large rock. The sun deck is located off of the living level. Many guests enjoy walking down to Flamands Beach from Roc Flamands #8.
