Description: Villa Sky, with four bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, is one of the most spacious, comfortable houses in St. Barths and is perfect for both couples and families. Relax with afternoon tea or cocktails and enjoy the expansive views of the northwest coastline and the sea towards St. Martin and Anguilla, or watch the sun set over the ocean. Villa Sky is quiet and convenient to beaches, bakeries, grocery stores, and restaurants.
The villa was recently completely redecorated by French Indies Design.
Two of the bedrooms (king and king/twin) with ensuite baths are on the living level, while the other two (king and queen) are on the pool level. There is also a powder room upstairs and another full bathroom off the pool with a shower, both independent of the bedrooms. All rooms except for the living room are air-conditioned. The living room is large with four comfortable couches and a big easy chair to enjoy the view. While most of the dining will be outside, there is a separate indoor dining room with a large table and chairs for eight people. For dining outdoors, there is a large picnic table that can seat up to 20 and a smaller dining table with comfortable seating for 6. A bistro table is perfect for two.
The TV room is separate from the living room and has a Dolby Digital 5.1 home theater set up for the TV and DVD. In addition to two couches, there is a comfortable desk for writing letters or e-mails. There is also broadband Internet service with WIFI, as well as a fax machine. Two separate seating areas on the upper terrace, each with a couch, easy chairs and footstools. One area includes a chaise lounge, the other has a large hammock and a swing. Numerous chaise lounges, chairs, tables, and a swing on the lower terrace around the pool.
The 44-foot heated pool is one of the largest on the island. No need to join a health club during your stay. Villa Sky has a brand new exercise room with air conditioning, a 20-inch LCD TV, sliders and a spectacular view. The equipment includes a Life Fitness treadmill; semi-recumbent bicycle with heart monitor; Concept II rowing machine; incline/decline bench with 5 - 50 pound dumbbells; and an exercise ball and mats.
High season is December 15 to April 15. Value season is April 16 to December 14.
