Everything was great! I was living my dream. The villa Mon Cheri was great. I loved its location and the woman that would come every day, Rosemarie was kind, helpful and thoughtful as to our schedule so as to be almost invisible.

Villa Bamboo ended up being perfect in many respects; we explored every corner of the island and got to know all the good and better than better spots. It was nice to be on that side of the island...the house is perfectly laid out for a couple and private from the neighbors. The private chef worked out perfectly for my husband’s birthday. We will definitely be in touch about the next villa rental.

We were and are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary this year, and we repeated our vows at the St. Bartholomew's Anglican Church on this visit. It was just a great experience all around and we look forward to next year. Villa Janvier was perfect for us, and we greatly appreciate your help with all the planning and details. Thank you. Our stay was perfect, as always. As you know, there really isn’t much bad to say about the little island, except maybe the water is a little too turquoise … the food is a little too fabulous, etc. Crystal Dream suits us very, very well. It is obviously well cared for. As relatively new “villa people,” we’re still really enjoying the self-sufficiency of bringing groceries back to the house and dining in. We would like to “re-up” for next year.

Andy and I absolutely loved our trip to St. Barth. The Guanahani was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and always very accommodating. We spent every day...for almost the entire day, lying on the beach. I have never been to a beach resort with such a comfortable setup for couples. The lounge chairs were like a bed on the beach...so comfortable and we loved that there was an umbrella that covered us no matter where we sat. The staff on the beach was fabulous as well. We were able to go snorkeling and kayaking at the resort. Everything was perfect...

A romantic and comfortable king-size bed is curtained with silk…The pool offers a refreshing break, with a patio nearby for cocktails and homemade meals. We enjoyed two weeks of delightful dining in a variety of restaurants, hiking the picturesque countryside, picnicking on exquisite beaches and meeting intriguing couples at the St. Barth Properties weekly cocktail parties. We look forward to a return visit…to breathtaking St. Barth.

We had a perfect week and really enjoyed the Villa Bonbonnière. We actually loved the slow pace of the off season and enjoyed the privacy of the beautiful beaches. We did Columbier, Shell Beach, St. Jean Beach & Grand Cul-de-Sac. All were different but great. Hello Tom, I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you and all of the people at St. Barth Properties for making our recent trip a wonderful experience.

We absolutely loved the villa (Ladine), the location, Suzanne, who was a delight, and the assistance from Pascal, et al. All the meals at the restaurants in which you had made reservations for us were excellent. The car and telephone rental also worked out flawlessly.

It was, all in all, as nice a vacation as any we have ever had. We wished that we had another few days to enjoy it further.

Both my fiance and I had the time of our lives and villa Le Perchoir was great. We loved all beaches but enjoyed Flamand the most. We felt like it was a private beach just for the two of us. People were surprised to know that we came all the way from Saudi Arabia to Lebanon then to Holland and finally made it to St. Barth....the people were very friendly and we couldn't have asked for more.

We really LIVED OUR DREAM & my dream came true and I want to share this with you, my fiance proposed to me and we are getting married on the 5th of August. Well I guess that's it and thank you again.

N.B: Our favorite restaurant was the Wall House. Everything from service to food to food presentation was perfect.

Because of your good arrangements, our traveling back and forth from Boston was as painless and efficient as could be. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Pascale who showed us to our villa and made us feel right at home.

Villa Diaco was magnificent. We spent more time in the villa during our vacation this year than ever before. The beautiful panoramic views of the ocean and island are forever etched in our minds. We looked forward to Line's daily visits and her "local" advice were right on the money! LaRivage for dinner may have been her best pearl of wisdom.

Congratulations on your site. It is by far the best one I have seen for rental properties anywhere! We have used similar ones for Europe and other Caribbean islands but they are far away from your company site. As you know we have been renting St. Barth's properties for years through your company and everything has always gone as promised or should I say, better than promised. At stbarth.com we were able to get complete disclosure and information in seconds. I take off my hat to you on providing full price disclosure for every situation - high, low seasons, etc. Most of your competitors are not willing to even show prices and your site's virtual tours are terrific. Also the book has gotten much better. You guys have overdone yourselves, again.
