In order to guarantee the reservation the full prepayment will be required : At the time the reservation is made, we will request a deposit of 3 nights to guarantee any reservations (50% deposit required on all reservations of 7 nights or more). 30 days prior to the arrival: the remaining balance will automatically be charged in full (non refundable).
Cancellation Policy :
- Full deposit refund less € 60 if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival. Refunds are paid on receipt of written cancellation notice
- Full payment non refundable if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
- In case of cancellation we need to receive a cancellation notice by email. Then we will immediately acknowledge by email the receipt of the cancellation request and we will apply the penalties as per our cancellation policy. Without this acknowledgment from us proving the cancellation then any cancelled reservation noted within the cancellation period will be not refundable.
- Reservation and revision of reservation dates are upon approval
- Hotel Bill will be charged in Euro as per tariff
- Deposit will be applied to any nights taken off original reservation No shows, late arrivals and early departures will be charged in full
- We recommend trip cancellation insurance Deposit and cancellation terms strictly applied.
