Full prepayment prior to arrival is
required
At the time of booking, a 3 night
deposit is required (50% deposit required on
reservations 7 nights or more).
60 days prior to arrival (30 days for arrivals
between April 1 to November 30): the remaining
balance will automatically be charged in full
(non refundable).
Cancellation Policy :
- If cancelled more than 60 days prior
to arrival (or 30 days for arrivals between
April 1 to November 30),Full deposit refund
less € 60. Refunds are paid on receipt
of written cancellation notice.
- Full payment non refundable if cancelled
less than 60 days prior to arrival. (30
days for arrivals between April 1st to
November 30th).
- In case of cancellation we need to receive
a cancellation notice by email. Then we
will immediately acknowledge by email the
receipt of the cancellation request and
we will apply the penalties as per our
cancellation policy. Without this acknowledgment
from us proving the cancellation then any
cancelled reservation noted within the
cancellation period will be not refundable.
- Reservation and revision of reservation
dates are upon approval.
- Hotel Bill will be charged in Euro as
per tariff.
- Deposit will be applied to any nights
taken off original reservation. No shows,
late arrivals and early departures will
be charged in full.
- We recommend trip cancellation insurance.
Deposit and cancellation terms strictly
applied.
- For any reservations of 3 rooms or more,
we will apply a group cancellation policy
(please contact the reservations office
for the details).
