The hotel has a main building
near the beach with 9 Beach Rooms and 3 Beach Junior
Suites. In a Tropical Garden, separated from the
main building by a path, there are 12 Garden Bungalows,
3 Garden Rooms, 1 Tropical Villa, 1 Garden Villa,
1 Eden Villa. On the top of the hill there is a
Hillside Bungalow. Between the main building and
the tropical garden a cottage is located in a private
interior court yard. Finally on the beach there
is a one Beach two bedroom Suite, 4 Beach Suites
and 2 Flamands Villas.
The rooms :
All are air-conditioned and have private safes, mini-fridges stocked with complimentary beverages and canapés on arrival, flat screen TV (satellite), iPod audio system, DVD player with a DVD library in reception, coffee maker, hair dryer, direct line telephone with voice mail, and WiFi Internet connection. A Business Center (with 2 computer consoles) is open from 9 am to 6 pm. Connection is also available in all of our hotel rooms. There is a daily charge of 10 Euros. Extension cords are available for clients' convenience at the Front Desk. One laptop is available to rent with a daily charge of 10 Euros.
Bathrooms are in marble with: A bathtub, (Jacuzzi tubs in the 3 Beach Junior Suites, the Eden Villa and the Garden Villa), a separate shower, double sinks and WC. 3 Garden Rooms have a shower only (no bathtub).

This accommodation is located on the
top of the hill overlooking the hotel with a sea view from the
terrace. It features two bedrooms, both with king beds (one with
one extra bed) and two bathrooms (one with bathtub and shower,
one with shower only). On the terrace is a kitchenette, sitting
area, living room and Jacuzzi. This room has a private parking
area but has 45 stairs, lit at night, from the parking to the
room and around 65 stairs also lit at night from the back of the
garden to the room. No room service is available.

- At the time the reservation is made, Hotel Saint Barth Isle de France will request a deposit of 3 nights to guarantee any reservations (50% deposit required on all reservations of 7 nights or more).
- 60 days prior to the arrival (30 days for arrivals between April 1st and November 30th) : the remaining balance will automatically be charged in full (non refundable).

- In case of cancellation we need to receive a cancellation notice by email. Then we will immediately acknowledge by email the receipt of the cancellation request and we will apply the penalties as per our cancellation policy. Without this acknowledgment from us proving the cancellation then any cancelled reservation noted within the cancellation period will be not refundable.
- Reservation and revision of reservation dates are upon approval
- Hotel Bill will be charged in Euro as per tariff
- Deposit will be applied to any nights taken off original reservation No shows, late arrivals and early departures will be charged in full
- We recommend trip cancellation insurance Deposit and cancellation terms strictly applied.
