JULIETTE BUNGALOW On entering the bungalow Juliette you'll feel immediately at home in Saint-Barthelemy. With its four-poster bed, it is as if you have found your home away from home. From the terrace of your room you can enjoy taking your breakfast or a cocktail at the poolside as if time had stopped. Get carried away by the gentle breeze and warmed up by the rays of the sun.

PIERRE BUNGALOW Facing the pool, hidden behind the palm trees, enjoy the privacy of your room and deck. The bungalow Pierre benefits from a double exposure. The bathroom opens onto a private patio offering an unobstructed view of your natural surroundings and the 'Tour du Rocher ruins.

ALEXANDRE BUNGALOW The Alexandre bungalow is bathed by the rays of the morning sun, wake up peacefully before going instinctively to the pool for your first morning dip before lounging on the deluxe size pool beds. Enjoy breakfast on your terrace, and perhaps you'll receive a chance visit from our favorite little bird, the Bananaquit.

Rates are per night for a bungalow for one or two guests and include continental breakfast, round trip airport transfers, and service. Rates are subject to a government room tax payable at the hotel upon checking out.

Additional bed: 70 € per night
No children under the age of 13 on the premises

RESERVATION POLICY

A 3 night deposit is required upon reservation by Visa, MasterCard or American Express for each week booked. Your deposit will secure the first night as well as the last two nights of your stay.

For festive Season from December 17th to January 07th:
An advance deposit of 50% of total booking amount is required in order to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is required 60 calendar days prior to the arrival date. If the deposit or the remaining balance remains unpaid in due time, we may consider this as cancellation of the client.

Credit cards are not accepted for advance payment for this timeframe and will require a wire transfer to secure your booking.

In case of an exclusive use reservation or group reservation (3 rooms and more) different terms and conditions shall apply due to respective planning necessities.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation or changes in reservation dates need to be in writing, otherwise the deposit will be non-refundable. The following cancellation fees will become due and payable as below:

Cancellation more than 30 days : 10% of deposit amount
Cancellation from 30 to 21 days: 25% of total stay is due
Cancellation from 20 to 08 days: 50% of total stay is due
Cancellation from 7 to 2 days: 75% of total stay is due
Cancellation less than 2 days: 100% of total stay is due
For no show and anticipated departure: 100% of stay as confirmed is due

For festive Season from December 17th to January 07th:
More than 60 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fee
60 days or less prior to arrival: Total booking price will be forfeited or due
For no show and anticipated departure: Full stay price will be forfeited or due

In case of an exclusive use reservation or group reservation (3 rooms and more) different terms and conditions shall apply due to respective planning necessities.

For the Christmas and New Year’s Eve Holidays and for group reservations, it is important to note that if your party will not show on the first day of the confirmed reservation, the hotel will consider this a cancellation and will be free to resell the room.

The client is strongly advised to take out suitable travel insurance for accident, illness, baggage loss or theft, third party liability and cancellation insurance.

Local Accommodation Tax:
All stays from January 1, 2008 forward are subject to a 5% Accommodation tax.
