EARLY CHECK OUT AND NO SHOW : FULL STAY PAYMENT
Christmas – Peak Season from 17 th of December 2009 to the 6 th of January 2010
- 10 nights minimum stay – 30% deposit upon reservation - full payment 91 days before arrival
- No refund if cancellation is made 90 days or less prior arrival
- If cancellation is made 91 days prior to arrival, we refund 20% deposit (10% due to the file cost)
From the 7 th of January to the 16 th of December 2010 : 3 nights deposit
- 3 nights penalty if cancellation is made 14 days and less prior to arrival
- If cancellation is made 15 days prior to arrival, we refund the deposit (-10% due to the file cost)
If during your stay one or more nights would be cancelled, these nights would be charged.
