The Suites Terrasse measure 35 m2 (375 ft2) and are configured around the garden in a horseshoe shaped area of the resort. Each Suite has a gate that opens onto a walkway with a beautifully landscaped garden that leads up to the outdoor terrace with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table. From the garden, the suites overlook the stunning swimming pool of Le Sereno and the lagoon of Grand Cul de Sac. Sliding glass doors open to the king bedroom which is equipped with a desk area, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, mini bar, plasma screen Satellite TV, telephone, WIFI and iPods with iPod stations. GRAND SUITE PLAGE (21 suites) :

Beautifully furnished in understated elegance, the Grand Suites Plage are on the waterfront and overlook the blue green colors of Grand Cul de Sac Lagoon. Each Grand Suite Plage measures between 45 and 70 m2 (484 to 753 ft2). Fifteen of these luxurious Suites are located to the left of the restaurant and four of them have connecting doors to accommodate families. They feature a four poster king bed, a living area that leads out to the outdoor deck with table for two, chaise lounges and an outdoor shower. Six of the Grand Suites Plage are to the right of the pool area, offer sensational views of the beach and the lagoon and feature a beautifully furnished king size bedroom and an outside deck with sitting area and table for 2 for al fresco dining. SERENO VILLAS

The Sereno boasts three identical (It’s hard to improve on perfection) 4 bedroom villas designed by the celebrated Christian Liaigre . They bear his less-is-more stamp: simple, chic and Zen-like with teak-slatted window framing the gorgeous views of Grand Cul de Sac.  The décor features a palette of warm natural tones with pops of color and the furnishings are contemporary and comfortable.  Each villa sits amidst ½ an acre of lush tropical gardens and the generous 7,500 square feet of living space is incorporated over two levels – a private swimming pool sits on top – and patios and terraces are scattered throughout.  Four nicely-private king bedrooms (one converts to twins) have en suite baths with showers and soaking tubs. The indoor spaces include sleekly out-fitted kitchens, dining rooms seating ten, spacious salons – glass enclosed, to leverage the panoramic vistas, and media rooms with surround-sound. Needless to say, there are loads of techno amenities. Sereno’s Villas are spacious enough for multiple couples or a large extended family, and all of this comes with access to the hotels facilities and services and a butler on call 24/7.

DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY

LOW/HIGH SEASON

Deposit:   All reservations require a credit card deposit of 3 nights room (or full stay if less than 3-nights) due at time of booking.  Deposit policy for packages is the same as for normal reservations.

Cancellations:   15-30 days (low/high season respectively) prior the arrival date will be allowed and the deposit – less an administrative fee equal to 10% of the deposit will be returned.  If the customer prefers not to pay the administrative fee, the deposit can also be exchanged for full-credit applicable to future reservations, up to one year from reservation date, subject to availability and holiday blackout.  Cancellations in the penalty period, as well as in case of no-show or shortened stay, the deposit would be forfeited.

HOLIDAY SEASON

Deposit: A deposit covering 50% (half) of the stay in order to secure a reservation payable by credit card or wire transfer. The balance of the stay is due on August 1st, 2010.

Cancellations: The deposit, less an administrative fee equal to 10%, is refundable if the reservation is cancelled in writing no later than 60 days prior to arrival. Should we receive a cancellation within 60 days from the arrival date, or in case of a no-show or shortened stay, the full amount of the stay would be forfeited.

Local Accommodation Tax:
All stays from January 1, 2008 forward are subject to a 5% Accommodation tax.
