All rates are per night, a 5% hospitality tax is to be added to the rate.

CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION: A 50% deposit is required to secure all reservations.
POLICY OF CANCELLATION: If cancellation intervenes with more than 30 days before the arrival, the totality of the down payments less 3% with a minimum of 60 euros is refunded. If cancellation intervenes with less than 30 days before the arrival, a 50% penalty is kept by the hotel. If after confirmation or during the stay one or more nights were to be cancelled, these nights would be invoiced.
CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CHRISTMAS
A 3 night deposit is required to secure all options. This deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.
Full payment is demanded 60 days before the arrival in order to guarantee any reservation.
Once reservations are guaranteed there are no refunds. We demand a minimum stay of 10 nights. |
