Reservation: 3 night deposit

Minimum stay for February is 7 nights, Christmas
is 10 nights.
Cancellation and Refund:
Low Season: deposit will be refunded if information
is received by email or phone at least 15 days
prior to the initial arrival date, otherwise the
deposit will be forfeited. In case of cancellation
before deadline, at 3 % of banking and administrative
fee will be charged.
High Season: Deposit refundable for cancellation
received at least 30 days prior to the initial
arrival date, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
