Voilà! The Hotel Villas. They have full kitchens (for cooking in), dining terraces and private pools, and a wealth of other fun amenities like media rooms and mini-gyms.

The Hotel Carl Gustaf ~ Royal Suite Villa

This elegant four bedroom sits high in the hills and boasts multiple terraces and breathtaking views of all of Gustavia with its iconic harbor. The fully-equipped compact kitchen boasts Gaggenau appliances, and the dining room seats twelve. Perfect for entertaining or family dinners. The living room features chic Roche-Bobois pieces, and sliders open onto a terrace with a plunge pool. The bedrooms, all with opulent en suite baths, are nicley situated for privacy. Of the four, two are king-bedded; the third (queen) has a sitting area and a separate entrance. The upper level encompasses the fourth bedroom (king) with its own patio. The Royale Suite’s pinnacle holds the pièce de résistance, a gorgeous terrace with panoramic views and a Jacuzzi to soak in and enjoy sunny days and glorious sunsets.

Hotel St. Barth Isle de France ~ 3 Bedroom Flamands Villas

There are just two, and they are the epitome of luxury and understated elegance, with rich wood floors and decorated with a palette of soft grays, silvery blues and crisp whites. A long hallway leads from the villa entrance to the spacious living room and contains three sets of discrete sliding doors. One opens to reveal a fully equipped galley kitchen, one to a fitness and one to a media room.

Each villa has two master suites with king beds and sumptuous en suite baths with polished stone floors, soaking tubs, separate showers , marble vanities and adjacent dressing rooms. The 3rd bedroom, also en suite, is slightly smaller but equally luxurious. The villas have their own plunge pools and sunny terraces. The beach is just steps from the door, and guests enjoy private access and reserved chaise lounges – and an amazing view!

Le Sereno Hotel ~ Le Sereno Villas

The 3 identical (it’s hard to improve on perfection) 4 bedroom villas are chic and Zen-like with teak-slatted windows framing the gorgeous views of Grand Cul de Sac. Each sits amidst half an acre of lush tropical gardens, and the generous 7,500 square feet of living space is incorporated over two levels – a private swimming pool adorns the top level – and patios and terraces are scattered throughout. Three nicely-private king bedrooms (one converts to twins) have en suite baths with showers and soaking tubs. Each villa offers a media room with surround sound which can convert into the fourth en suite king bedroom. The villas feature sleekly outfitted kitchens, dining rooms seating ten, spacious salons and media room with all the techno amenities A butler is on call 24/7.
