We are delighted to announce that St. Barth Properties is affiliated with the St. Barth Dental Association. This well established program offers a full week of morning lectures, spanning all phases of dentistry and delivered by speakers who are tops in their respective fields. It’s a week of challenging education, relaxation and it affords dentists and family members the opportunity to discover the uniqueness of St Barth with its beautiful beaches outstanding restaurants, sidewalk cafés and designer boutiques. The upcoming meeting will be held Monday, January 17, 2011 through Friday, January 21, 2011.

St. Barth Properties is booking accommodations for the attendees so please browse our villa website with a portfolio of over 150 Private Villas and visit our hotel site – The Hotels of St. Barth. For your convenience we have also posted a Registration Form and will coordinate your housing selection with the association. Once we hear from you, we will do the rest by lending our expertise regarding the villas, hotels and general knowledge of the island is concerned.

As many of our friends and clients know, St Barth Properties president Peg Walsh’s husband Steve (Stephen Walsh DDS) and son Mark (Mark Smyth DMD) are both in the dental profession. Steve and Peg live on St. Barth six months of the year – and both Steve and Mark are looking forward to attending the meeting.

Personally, and on behalf of the company, Peg is pleased to extend an invitation to all dentists and their guests who have reserved a villa or hotel with us to attend the St. Barth Properties’ weekly cocktail party at Bonito Restaurant overlooking the harbor in Gustavia the evening of January 20, 2011. Program: Lou Graham, DDS

Dr. Lou Graham has always approached his practice of dentistry with a progressive yet conservative methodology. Dr. Graham is an internationally recognized lecturer extensively involved in continuing education for dental professionals, focusing on incorporating current clinical advancements through “conservative dentistry”.

He emphasizes in his teachings the same things he practices: dental health diagnosis, treatment plans for medically compromised patients, conservative treatment, cosmetic dentistry, and customized approaches to periodontal care, implants and laser dentistry. Dr. Graham is a graduate of Emory Dental School. He is the past Dental Director and holds a part time faculty position at the University of Chicago. He enjoys providing dental care at his private practice, University Dental Professionals, in Chicago, IL – Hyde Park.
