Description: This luxurious villa is comprised of three pavilions encompassed by panoramic views of Mont Jean and Marigot Bay – and a private dock, perfect for sunning and from which to snorkel.
The main pavilion features the kitchen, a dining area, a comfortable, spacious living area with a mezzanine level TV room and guest bath. A covered terrace provides an additional living area overlooking the heated pool. This pavilion also includes a queen bedroom with an en suite bath. The other two bedrooms (one a king bed and the other with 2 queen beds) with their en suite baths are housed in separate pavilions and each has its own terrace. The queen-bedded unit has its own kitchenette. Captiva is exquisitely furnished throughout yet never loses it’s “on-vacation” ambiance. Guests love the pool-side barbecue and gazebo.
