it features a generously sized salon encompassing open living and dining
areas, and a sleekly modern kitchen that includes a breakfast bar. A bevy
of glass sliders all around leverage the gorgeous views of the water and
neighboring islands and provide access to the pool deck. The deck and its
pool (heated year round), are bathed in sun, and comfortable chaise lounges are perfect for relaxing,
while a wicker dinette set provides the option of dining alfresco. The master
bedroom (king) boasts a four-poster bed, and as throughout the villa, the
chicly simple dark wood furnishings contrast dramatically with the white
background of the walls and tile flooring. The en suite bath, with its additional
door, can function conveniently as a guest bath. The 2nd bedroom (king/twin)
also has a bath en suite with a double vanity and lovely white china vessel
sinks. Best of all? It is only a 3 minute walk to Flamands Beach and Les
Embruns' managers live just behind the villa; their proximity allows for
prompt assistance, if needed, without loss of valued privacy.
