The main level, air-conditioned throughout, includes a sleek galley-like kitchen, a comfy corner for TV watching, and a conversational grouping of 4 chairs that sit under a giant, dramatic hanging lamp. Additionally, there is a main-level guest bath.
Two of the bedrooms are on this level, on opposite sides. Equal in size, they are decorated in a soothing palette of gray and white. Each has a nicely appointed en suite bath and glass sliders to the pool deck. The third en suite bedroom is housed in a "tree-top" suite-like pavilion with a sitting area and a kitchenette. It has its own access from the parking area. A nicely private lower-level en suite bedroom has its own little deck and is suitable for teens or staff.
