This seasons hottest” table is LAtelier de Joël Robuchon. St. Barth is now home to the Caribbeans only outpost of this famed restaurant. Overlooking the harbor in Gustavia, guests can watch the preparation of legendary French chef Robuchons signature dishes. Wed be happy to reserve you one of the 34 seats at the counter or one of the 20 tables. Wait, theres more: a glam rooftop lounge where they shake up signature cocktails and offer an outstanding wine list. By the way, they serve breakfast up there, and rumor has it the French toast is to die for. And oh, the view.
St. Barth has water sports covered, and our concierge team can get you set up with surfboards (and lessons), bodyboards and skim boards. Whats your pleasure? How about a kayak, or a Hobie Cat or a Jet Ski? For something fun and different, try a Seabob; this electric, almost dolphin-like craft will have you gliding and diving underwater. What a pleasure our visit was this year. As always, the weather cooperated. Sea Breeze was spacious and private and quiet. Our private beach was great for relaxing and enjoying a book. We dined at the usual places like Eddys, Santa Fe, Select, Les Bananiers and the ever-popular JOJO Burgers (since it was in the neighborhood). We especially enjoyed Lil Rock. All the beaches were fantastic. Our favorite was spending time hanging out at the bar at Pearl Beach. Looking forward to returning to Sea Breeze in the future. Our warmest thanks to the staff at your island office. They were most helpful guiding us thru the requirements necessary to travel home.
