Our trip was absolutely perfect. Your team members were helpful from the greeting to the concierge services. The villa was beyond spectacular. The owner/builder thought of everything and had a great attention to detail. The layout worked perfectly for our family – the nanny room for the kids was a stroke of genius. The outdoor spaces were beautiful and we used the paddle tennis court every day. We thoroughly enjoyed the island and appreciate all of the wonderful help from St. Barth Properties
Our vacation in St. Barth was fabulous as usual! We loved the villa. The villa was large and had everything we could possibly need to cook meals. We took advantage of the gas grill and cooked two meals. The pool on the edge of the property was the bomb and the constant breeze off the ocean kept us cool. We were able to relax under the large outside covered patio that offered plenty of room for us to either stretch out and nap, get on our laptops or just sit and read. Concierge services were great, they recommended Fouquet's for our 20th anniversary and the view, meal and service were spectacular. We really enjoyed St Barth. It is a magical place! All of you are just wonderful people and know how to provide the best vacation experience. My family and I love the Villa amenities, location, and of course your amazing service & attention to detail. Our rental property had a great view, total relaxation, tranquility and all of us enjoyed the pool.
Because of the beauty of the villa and the ever present vista, we spent a great deal of time in that location just relaxing and enjoying all the amenities offered. A couple of restaurants we particularly enjoyed were Le Repaire and Bar De L’Oubli. Both were casual, laid back, good food and wonderful service. We were able to use your concierge service to facilitate our return trip to the US and they were most helpful and friendly. All in all a wonderful time.
It was just the most incredible trip! The effort made to get the pillows was appreciated far more than I could say. Hopefully the team on the island will keep them handy, because we will be back before you know it, and will call this villa home for another week! ABSOLUTELY!!! I will toot my horn from the tallest of trees so everyone know how spectacular your service is!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The concierge service made it. I think I was in contact with them everyday. They were able to get us all of our lunch reservations. And pick up at the end was no stress. Exactly on time! We enjoyed Easter lunch at Cheval Blanc next door to the villa. Overall it was wonderful. St Barths is amazing.
We all had a wonderful time!!! The villa was spectacular! We really enjoyed dining in and cooking in the villa more this year than we have ever done in the past. The St. Barth Properties staff was most accommodating on so many fronts - and we very much appreciate their assistance.
Everything was perfect. The schedule of activities that you planned was incredible. I feel like we hit all of the spots and everytime we arrived we had the very best tables. Villa Lao- WOW! I do not feel that the site and description does it justice. We had everything we needed - A space to relax, separate quarters for each couple, a lovely housekeeper each day, beautiful views of the Bucket Regatta during the day and spectacular sunsets in the evening. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking with everything you could need to prepare a meal and set a beautiful table. The location of Villa Lao cannot be beat. The three private jacuzzis are really special on each terrace. We all felt very special! We cannot wait for our return!
We had a great trip! We LOVED Crystal Dream! What a spectacular location! We went to Toiny Beach Club for the first time. That will always be on the list on future trips. We also had a very fun night at La Petite Plage. Thank you so much for getting us a table inside. We danced the night away! Other favorites are Lil Rock and Manapany for lunch, Gypsea for afternoon cocktails, Kiki e Mo, Pearl Beach and Le Repaire for breakfast, and of course Bonito for dinner. Take care! We are completely enjoying Nirvana. The villa is fantastic. Even above our expectations. The pictures on your website do not do it justice. Thank you so much for recommending this villa. Your staff on the island are great, they greeted us at the ferry dock and arranged for our car rental to be there, such a delightful personality and very helpful.
Great layout. Good kitchen. Tons of towels. Lots of pool chairs. Great inside and outside. The cleaning lady was great! Stocking of the house was spot on.
Our stay at Villa Mirador was wonderful! It was a perfect location, had amazing views, and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for your honest input and help in booking our villa; we would love to work with you again in the future. I can definitely see us returning to St. Barts next year. Everything during our stay was wonderful, and Marco was a pleasure to work with as well.
We are all in love with Casa Tua! I mean it checks every single box for us. STUNNING! And a functional floor plan: not huge, but each space is so useful and attractive thus it works better than many of the larger Villas I have been in).
We had a wonderful time. Mirador was ideal, beautiful views! Lucas was fantastic, he was so responsive and knowledgeable; he really made our trip better.
Villa Bayugita was wonderful. Plenty of afternoon sun and what a view and sunset each day. Lucas was a big help getting us settled back into the St. Barth vibe!
We really like the expansion off of the kitchen. Matthias was very responsive and took care of all our requests.
We had great experiences at Sand Bar, Ti Corail, La Langouste, Tamarin, Santa Fe and Bonito. I would not recommend Le Rivage. Enzo was a great concierge. So was 5 Star VIP with Winair.
Cam was great and helped us with reservations and taxis. We loved Bonito! That was our favorite meal. Sella was a close second. We will definitely return but we like to try different Villas. We did love rose dog though.
Ugo, our concierge was terrific and could not have been more responsive to our requests.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fabrizia. Great layout, feels very Caribbean/St. Barth’s, and the location works well. We’re fans of Shell Beach & Shellona, Bonito, Eddy’s, and Gypsea. Thanks for your help arranging the property and we’ll reach out when we’re ready for the next adventure.
This was our second time and we stayed 11 nights. It's truly a wonderful property... beautiful views and very well-appointed. The mattresses were very comfortable and the AC in the bedrooms worked very well. The outside pool area is beautiful.
