The beautiful 3 bedroom villa Acamar, boasts a prime location in the hills of Toiny with a stunning view of the sea. It’s a surfer’s delight! Its spacious living room is furnished to provide multiple comfortable seating areas - for conversation, TV viewing (there is U.S. satellite TV service), curling up with a book, or a game of billiards. This area opens to the deck with a heated (in the winter) infinity pool, a Jacuzzi (an outdoor guest bath with shower is nearby), and outdoor living and dining spaces. A rear garden is a lovely spot to relax.
Guests love the home theater with its cinema-style seating. The kitchen is fit-for-a-chef and a great spot to casually gather. All 3 bedrooms have king beds, en suite baths, and private terraces. The master and one of the guest rooms are on the main level. The master has an ocean view, an oversized dressing room and a separate office space. Direct access to the pool is a nice feature. The guest bedroom also has an office area and a bonus outdoor shower. The 3rd bedroom with its open bath is on a lower level accessed by a custom-made spiral staircase or from the outside.
