Spread across two levels, the interiors of Villa Avalon are modern and serene. A color palette of creamy greys and white creates a contemporary feel, while the minimalist aesthetic lets you focus on the beauty of St. Barth. From the undulating tropical hills to the sparkling ocean below, this property enjoys stunning views over the island. Ideally located in the hills above Gouverneur Beach, Avalon Villa enjoys unrivaled privacy while also being close to the shops, restaurants, and nightlife of Gustavia.
An open-plan great room has a living area, dining table, and gourmet kitchen. In the living room, a large L-shaped sofa is ideal for collapsing on at the end of the day. Sliding glass doors open completely to the outside, letting you enjoy the island breeze.

Three of the bedrooms are on the main level, two of which enjoy dazzling ocean views. The master suite on this level also features its own small sitting area in front of a flat-screen TV. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level, a quiet spot for those after a bit more privacy.
Stepping outside onto Villa Avalon’s terrace lets guests enjoy the good life on St. Barth. Sunseekers will love this area, with a southern exposure ensuring that the entire space enjoys all-day sunlight.
