Well located in the hills of Lurin, this chic 5 bedroom villa can be best described as Caribbean-modern. It offers everything a guest could want for a St. Barth vacation – including proximity to gorgeous Gouverneur Beach. The harborside capital of Gustavia, with all it offers for shopping and dining, is easily accessible. An extra-long heated infinity pool is the focal point of Caro’s outdoor living space which includes a sunken comfortably furnished gazebo poolside dining and sitting areas. All perfect for enjoying the stunning ocean vista. A spacious, air-conditioned living room opens via glass sliders to the terrace and encompasses the view. It’s separated from the kitchen by an island with seating; an additional (auxiliary) kitchen is a bonus for dining in and entertaining. A guest bath is conveniently located nearby.
An office is discretely situated for guests looking for some quiet time to catch up on work. The master bedroom (with a full dressing room and a multi-jet shower) is on one side of the living room and two equally sized en suite bedrooms with dressing areas are on the other. All have king beds and ocean views. Two additional en suite bedrooms have a rear garden setting. They have twin beds convertible to kings. All bedrooms have TVs with U.S. satellite service. A lower-level fitness room completes the picture. Parking is accessed via a shared driveway.
