Villa Case et Cuisine, (villa code: WV CEC), is a 2-bedroom villa located in Marigot within a short walk of the beach and a few minute's drive to several hotels and restaurants. Surrounded by tropical vegetation, this hillside villa offers beautiful views of the bay.

The living and dining areas are light and airy and open to a terrace overlooking the pool, garden, and bay. A breakfast bar separates the well-equipped kitchen from the indoor dining area, which seats up to 8 guests.
Each bedroom has a 4-poster, queen-size bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace. A separate bathroom is located across the hall from the second bedroom. A sunny air-conditioned loft comprises a work area with a desk, computer/wifi/printer/fax machine, and twin beds.
The main terrace with its teak table and chairs provides space for outdoor dining. At mid-level, a deck with lounge chairs surrounds a refreshing pool and waterfall. A pergola at top overlooks the sea. The house also has air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, WiFi, a charcoal barbecue, and U.S. satellite TV.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
