Built in a contemporary West Indies style, the two villas and annexes are seamlessly connected by wooden walkways that wind through lush tropical gardens.
The first villa features a spacious, air-conditioned main living area with a gourmet kitchen, a cozy living space, and a loft-style TV area for kids. Outside, a large heated pool serves as the centerpiece of the expansive terrace, complemented by a pool house, a shaded dining area, and a gazebo with comfortable seating to enjoy the breeze and panoramic views. The two master suites, accessed from the covered terrace, each have a Euro king-sized bed, an en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a dressing area, U.S. satellite, Apple TV, and Sonos. Positioned just above the first villa, the second residence includes a fully equipped fitness room with a massage suite and bathroom. On the main level, two air-conditioned bungalows house a spacious living room with plush seating and a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast nook and outdoor grilling area with covered dining. The deck extends to a heated infinity pool and a separate gazebo.
The seven bedrooms of the second villa are spread across six private pavilions. On the lowest level, the two master suites each have a Euro king-sized bed, a dressing area, and an en suite bathroom with both an indoor shower and an outdoor bathroom with a shower and bathtub. A private balcony offers breathtaking views. There are three guest bedrooms, each with a Euro king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom. Two smaller guest rooms are situated at street level in a separate pavilion with a shared common area. Each has a Euro king-sized bed, a dressing area, an en suite bathroom with a shower, and a private balcony with seating. All bedrooms in the second villa come with U.S. satellite, Apple TV, and Sonos.
Estate Palmier Royal provides full-service luxury, including a private chef (food cost additional), waitresses, and two maids offering turndown service. Water and soft drinks are complimentary.
