The space includes a bar, a BBQ grill, a sundeck, and a covered terrace furnished for relaxing and alfresco dining. And a foosball game!
A professional kitchen, well-equipped to service 14 guests, is in one building together with a spacious air-conditioned living room. Felicita’s special features include a media room and a fitness room.
The 7 en suite bedrooms include 2 upper-level master suites with water views, 4 guest bedrooms, and one, lower level, with a private terrace suitable for a tween/teen or staff. Privacy is ensured by a coded gate; there is a generator, and several parking spots providing access to the villa.
