Villa Le Moulin’s beachfront position on St. Jean provides direct access to soft white sand and turquoise waters. Nearby, you’ll find popular restaurants, upscale boutiques, and a variety of watersports. The capital, Gustavia, is only a 5-minute drive away.
At the villa’s heart is a spacious living room, designed for relaxation. Comfortable sofas invite you to unwind with a coffee, a good book, or a movie. The room opens on two sides to the outdoor terrace, letting in ocean breezes and providing a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
The well-equipped kitchen at the back of the villa boasts sleek cabinetry and modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. Our concierge can arrange pre-stocking, catered meals, or even a private chef for special occasions.

Two bedrooms are situated in separate bungalows connected to the main house via an enclosed glass corridor, each bedroom has a spacious en suite and a peaceful ambiance, ideal for unwinding. The fourth bedroom is a newly-constructed bungalow by the pool, facing the ocean, offers an additional private retreat.
The outdoor spaces at Villa Le Moulin are truly breathtaking. A covered terrace with bar tables, stools, and a comfortable lounge area is perfect for gatherings.
To one side of the villa, the infinity pool invites you to relax under the sun. Surrounded by loungers and palm trees with hammocks swaying in the breeze, it’s an idyllic spot to spend the day.
An elevated terrace attached to the old mill offers loungers and panoramic ocean views. From here, the soft sand and crystal-clear waters of St. Jean Beach are just steps away. For a quieter beach experience, Lorient Beach is a short 5-minute drive.
