Guests are greeted by an inviting living area upon arrival, adorned with an array of books, art pieces, and vintage furnishings that evoke a cozy atmosphere. Adjacent to this space lies the well-equipped kitchen, distinguished by its modern amenities and elegant green marble accents, seamlessly divided into two sections. Completing the culinary experience are a breakfast bar and a dining table.
Thoughtfully designed, the villa features two bedrooms flanking either side of the living area, while two more are situated downstairs, offering privacy and tranquility. Three of these bedrooms offer stunning ocean vistas, each accompanied by a generously-sized ensuite bathroom. The fifth bedroom is located in a separate bungalow nestled within the lush gardens beyond the pool with an ocean view. The sixth bedroom is located on the lower level next to the separate bungalow.
