The lower level has 3 bedrooms and a 300-sq.ft. a swimming pool surrounded by a wooden terrace and loungers, perfect for sunbathing or reading poolside.
The main bedroom opens to the pool area and has a king-size bed or twin beds, blackout curtains, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms have king-size beds or twin beds, blackout curtains, and ceiling fans, and share a single bathroom with double vanities. The house also has central air-conditioning, WiFi, high-speed Internet, and U.S. satellite TV.
