Designed in a traditional colonial style, the interior is decorated and furnished in a contemporary style with the living room and bedrooms all featuring original artwork. The light and airy living room has cozy seating for 6, stone floors, picture windows, and access to a covered terrace with a sitting area.
The living room opens to a well-equipped kitchen and a covered terrace housing a dining area with seating for 6 and an outside bar with stools. A built-in barbecue makes this an ideal spot for entertaining.
The lower level has 3 bedrooms and a 300-sq.ft. a swimming pool surrounded by a wooden terrace and loungers, perfect for sunbathing or reading poolside.
The main bedroom opens to the pool area and has a king-size bed or twin beds, blackout curtains, a ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms have king-size beds or twin beds, blackout curtains, and ceiling fans, and share a single bathroom with double vanities. The house also has central air-conditioning, WiFi, high-speed Internet, and U.S. satellite TV.
