Villa Loukoko is a sleek and modern 4-bedroom villa perched in the hills of Lurin, offering sweeping ocean views.
Nestled within a small gated community, this villa enjoys an enviable location just a short drive from Gustavia. Overlooking the St. Jean area, it boasts breathtaking vistas of the airport, bay, and the sparkling Caribbean Sea, visible from nearly every corner of the property—including the expansive terrace and heated infinity pool. Thanks to its elevated position, the villa benefits from refreshing breezes, though it can also be fully air-conditioned for maximum comfort.
The main living area features a bright, open design, with a stylish lounge and a fully-equipped kitchen. Windows on both sides, along with an overhead skylight, flood the space with natural light. The room seamlessly extends onto the terrace, where a covered area offers ample space for lounging and dining. A unique outdoor TV, cleverly concealed in the floor, allows guests to enjoy movies or sports under the stars.
Each of the villa’s four bedrooms is accessible from the living area yet remains separate for privacy. Every room is equipped with a European king-sized bed, generous closet space, U.S. and French satellite TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
On the lower level, guests will find both outdoor parking and a private garage, which doubles as an entertainment space with a ping pong table, foosball, and a pool table.
